Making Banjo Brews Chia Seed Kombucha

Chia Seeds and Kombucha combine to make a health boosting super-drink that gives all-day energy. Below is a recipe to make your own Chia Seed Kombucha for an energising kick:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup already-brewed Banjo Brews Kombucha (you can use any flavour you like)
  • ¼ to ½ cup rehydrated Chia Seed Gel - To make the Chia Seed Gel, add 1 part chia seeds to 4 parts warm water (We usually mix ¼ cup seeds with 1 cup warm water), stir well, leave to soften for 15 minutes or so.

    Instructions:

    1. Put as much rehydrated chia seed gel as desired into a cup or bottle.
    2. Add 1 cup or more of Banjo Brews Kombucha and stir well to incorporate.
    3. Drink and enjoy!
